The preferred registration method is online registration with credit card payment on the Registration Page.

Can I reserve a room at the hotel?

The Missouri Athletic Club is conveniently located in downtown St. Louis, MO and has rooms available for the evening of the 2023 Army Ball. To reserve a room at the Missouri Athletic Club, for the evening of 16 June, please call 314-231-7220 and mention you are attending the 248th Mid America Army Ball. Rooms are being offered at a discounted rate of $118 plus tax. Overnight parking is $12.00. See the Hotel Info page for details on reserving a room. 


Where should I park?
Complimentary parking is available at the Missouri Athletic Club Parking Garage, located at 700 N 4th St

​What is the appropriate dress?
Military: Army Service Uniform with bow tie; or Army Green Service Uniform with tie or service equivalent. *
Civilian: Semi-formal or formal
* Female service members are authorized to wear civilian dress for the ball. 

 

Who is the Guest Speaker?

The Guest Speaker will be General Michael X. Garrett, United States Army Retired.


Will there be entertainment provided?

Music and entertainment will be provided throughout the event. 


What time should I arrive?

The reception will start at 5:30 pm. The official ceremony will start at approximately 7:00 pm.


Will alcohol be served?
Cash bars will be open during the reception and will remain open throughout the event.  All attendees are encouraged to drink responsibly.


How many people will be in attendance?

We expect approximately 250 guests to attend the event.


Will photography be available?

A photographer is scheduled to take photos throughout the evening. Details on how you can access photos will be coming soon.
